WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders processed by 3pm MST will be shipped out the same day.
Orders processed after 3pm MST will go out the next day.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DOES LUMIST USE?
Standard shipping method is USPS (up to 7 days transit time) for up to 2 boxes of Lumist. Anything beyond 2 boxes will be shipped via UPS Ground (3-5 days in transit).
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information. Once a package has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of our provided carriers. Please contact the appropriate carrier for any issues with the tracking of your package.

RETURNS

We are committed to providing you the best products with the friendliest customer service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase of Lumist Teeth Whitening Strips, please contact us.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 days. They will provide you with the details on how to resolve your issue and replacement at no charge.

*All merchandise must be returned unused, with a copy of your original receipt including your complete “name, phone, & contact information ” so we can locate you in our system to follow up with you when it arrives.
